With more than 20 years’ experience in culinary arts, Rachel graduated cum laude from the International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Atlanta as a Certified Culinarian and Certified Pastry Culinarian. Her training included culinary tours in Italy, Germany, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Rachel has a well-developed palate, and her favorite foods innovations feature a fusion of items, that deliver a sensory surprise. She has a 13-year tenor with AFFAIRS to REMEMBER, managing a team of 15-25 staffing on a daily basis and takes great pride in being a female Executive Chef, in an otherwise male dominated role. A driving factor in her career decision and passion for being a chef, stems from her strong desire to feed and nurture people.
