Garde Manger
If you have a strong passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail, we’d like to meet you! This position oversees Cold Side Production including quality, quantity and efficiency of productionWhat you’ll do:- Delegate and ensure completion of daily production sheets for the department each day
- Track running updates of daily production sheets to master lists and updates to Chef de Cuisine as needed
- Monitor quality and quantity of production as it occurs; give corrections, as needed
- Monitor productivity of individuals; give corrections, as needed
- Manage final cold side production updates including delivering to Chef de Cuisine in a timely manner for next day updates
- Immediately inform Chef de Cuisine if any goods are needed to complete production
- Acts as culinary liaison on event sites
- You consider yourself a “people person”
- You’re flexible and enjoy a fast-paced working environment
- You have 1+ years in a culinary preparation position
- You have basic math and measuring skills
- Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule

Assistant Baker
If you have a strong passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail, we’d like to meet you! This position assists the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine in providing exceptional food quality and presentation.What you’ll do:- Prepares and produces all baking and pastry products as needed for events
- Follows recipes and adheres to quantity/portion sizes while maintaining the highest quality of food production and operational standards
- Monitor and manage bakery sanitation including health code compliance, cleaning lists compliance and employee hygiene compliance
- Assist the executive chef/chef de cuisine in developing and executing new items for the menu which include in-house tastings, training and implementation
- Work safely and efficiently, utilizing safe equipment, techniques and products
- Train bakery staff for production
- Manage final bakery production updates including delivering to chef de cuisine in a timely manner for next day updates
- Reconcile party racks with final menu information as production is being completed
- Acts as culinary liaison on event sites

Event Manager
If you enjoy meeting with clients, managing event logistics, and delivering exceptional customer service, creating an unforgettable guest experience for clients we’d like to meet you!What you’ll do:- Meet with clients onsite.
- Manage onsite food service.
- Ensure the event is set up on time,
- Work with other vendors.
- Manage all logistics of the event from beginning until the end.
- Delegate assignments among event staff.
- The expected schedule is Monday through Sunday including daytime and evening shifts.
- Work locations include the ATR facility and various event venues.

Delivery Driver
If you can drive a delivery vehicle and are looking for a great place to work, we'd like to meet you!What you’ll do:- Pull equipment relative to a delivery order.
- Check out food for delivery.
- Meet with clients upon arrival to review logistics before delivering or setting up.
- Returns to event venues to collect returnable items to AFFAIRS to REMEMBER.
- Complete delivery PMR.
- Supervise garden and landscape maintenance.
- Maintain interior office plants as needed.
- Perform kitchen errands and shopping for culinary as needed.
- You have the ability to maintain a positive attitude while maintaining high standards for tidy work areas and professional appearance.
- You can communicate effectively and respectfully to a wide range of people.
- You have excellent vision and hand-eye coordination while practicing safe driving habits.
- Minimum of two + years of customer service.
- Must be available to work evenings, nights, weekends, and occasional holidays.
