Steve Moore, Industry Innovator

Steve Moore serves on the Board of Directors and as the DEI Committee Chair for the International Live Events Association (ILEA). His dedication to innovation and service has earned him the 2025 Legacy Innovator Award from the Allie Foundation—a testament to his excellence, creativity, and commitment to the community.

Steve is also actively involved with the National Society of Black Wedding and Event Professionals along with recent experience as a guest speaker sharing his expertise at the Catersource Conference in Florida, where spoke on how to deliver a full-service luxury experience.
