TOTALLY RAD BLAST FROM THE PAST

This epic throwback celebration was designed to entertain out-of-town clients attending a conference.  The 80s inspired themed was electric - featuring neon lights everywhere and a color palate of fuchsia, black and blue. The party highlighted all 5 company brands, one of which was to celebrate their 100-year anniversary. The challenge faced was designing a space that embodied the client’s retro 80s theme in a venue that honors Egyptian decor. This was accomplished by using white lounge furniture, LED highboy seating and a large 18-foot circular bar LED center bar highlighting all the brands. 800 guests enjoyed mini plates complete with international inspired foods that included India, Asia, and Southern.

The VIP cocktail hour was hosted in the Grand Salon and Terrace. The Salon was full of fun, brightly colored textured linens, pops of LED centerpieces, and the inhouse bars were redesigned with textured 3D fiberglass black fronts.

To expand the space and allow for more guests, the Terrace was tented in a 20 by 80 clear span tent. Inside the tent was a photo opportunity, suspended LED wands and slinkies from the ceiling with Beetlejuice inspired seating tables and LED swings.
