TAKE FLIGHT

Imagine being asked to produce a first class reception, in conjunction with the largest annual meeting for all airport CFOs in the United States. AFFAIRS to REMEMBER managed the hotel transportation, venue selection, décor, photography, entertainment and Fox Theatre seat reservations. Guests arriving in Atlanta were escorted from the host hotel in Coach buses and whisked to the venue where they were treated to a red carpet entrance. The inspiration for the preshow reception was based on the award winning Broadway show Hamilton and included a speak easy secret entrance. The backdrop was inspired by Hamilton’s writing desk that revealed a ballroom of (2) 56 inch long wooden King Estate Tables. The custom linen dining chairs, wooden chargers, custom antique parchment menus signs, natural hand stitched napkins, quill pen holder, and message rolled and held by twine, were all exquisite details. The 7 foot trees, enhanced by twinkle and uplighting, acted as a natural room divider. Our events team arranged a perfectly symmetrical floor plan that was visually stunning! The Hamilton colors were a careful selection of navy and gold throughout. Florals were bursting in beautiful shades of orange, yellow and red. Guests enjoyed a dual beef and fish served entrée while enjoying the atmosphere filled with a 5 piece Bridgerton inspired band. Our client was over the moon and wrote us:
