All Aglow

We were tasked to produce an inclusive end of year celebration for 1700 guests for a client that we work with yearly. The only criteria we were given was to make it glow, and that we did! AFFAIRS to REMEMBER managed the décor, coat check, and photography. Working with a color palette of blue, pink, silver and green, we transformed a 4 level concert venue, working on 3 different levels. We created 3 social media moments that included life size swings, logo backdrops and glowing orbs. The company name was branded in silver tinsel. Oversized custom lighted menu signs were thoughtfully elevated so that guests could locate the food stations from across the room. Lounge furniture groupings were white adorned with silver and blue throw pillows. Creative guest seating options included LED cubes and acrylic chairs. Buffet enhancements added to the sparkle, as did silver metallic to reflect light.

The food took on an international flair that included that a South Asian buffet which was a hit! More traditional menu items such as peppered beef tenderloin and macaroni and cheese were also enjoyed. Our client was so impressed that she sent a “glowing” review which read: 

It was truly fantastic!!! Thank you for ALL that you did! It looked beautiful, the food was great, and the feedback I’ve gotten is great. People loved the venue! People have raved about the food as well!
