Calling AFFAIRS to REMEMBER his professional home for more than 30 years, Patrick is the past Chair of the Georgia Restaurant Association (2012), an alumnus Advisor on the international Yelp Small Business Advisory Council, has served on the Catersource Advisory Board, and was appointed to the Advisory Board of one of the nation's top industry magazines, Special Events. Patrick's long-term passionate affair with food and his extensive theatrical background have helped to create, shape, and guide the AFFAIRS to REMEMBER team. He steered AFFAIRS to become both Atlanta's first Zero Waste Zones caterer and one of the country's Greenest caterers. Patrick is also a published playwright and has produced, written, or directed four of Atlanta’s longest running shows including Big Hair (and other Teases), an original musical review that played over 400 performances. Most recently, his musical comedy Slammergirls was produced at the Piccolo Spoleto Festival and his play Uncivil Warring was chosen as the lead readers’ theatre production of the Atlanta Black Theatre Festival.
