Special Event Coordinator for AFFAIRS at the FOX

Ashley Ayres is excited to be AFFAIRS’ newest team member as a Special Event Coordinator for AFFAIRS at the FOX. She manages aspects of event production logistics for private and internal events at The Fox Theatre and supports sales for AFFAIRS to REMEMBER. Ashley is a proud native of the Atlanta area. She brings over 10 years of knowledge, passion, and expertise to the AFFAIRS team. Her previous experience includes event venue sales, customer service, administrative support, and vendor coordination. Ashley first fell in love with the Hospitality Industry while she was a part of The Fox Theatre’s Guest Experience Team. While she worked there, she got to be the friendly face of The Fox Theatre as she oversaw events, built strong relationships with clients, and provided a helping hand to anyone who needed it. In those moments, she fell in love with live events and knew that she wanted to be a part of something truly memorable every day she came into work. Since then, Ashley has dedicated herself to special events. When she’s not focused on event life, Ashley spends her free time spoiling her two fur babies, Miss Scarlett & Mister Rhett, cooking together with her family, and laughing on the front porch with her grandmothers.
