Allow our Chef to follow your lead in creating a dynamic, culinary creation made from the freshest seasonal choice organic and/or local ingredients available. As a company, we are committed to supporting our local farmers and Affairs to Remember Caterers is excited to source USDA Certified Organic products from local farms, such as White Oak Pastures and Thompson Farms.
Here's how it works…
YOU choose the protein: chicken, pork, or beef
WE source it from a local farm, such as White Oak Pastures (chicken and beef) or Thompsom Farms (pork)
YOU choose your favorite preparation: grilled, braised, roasted, fried
YOU choose your favorite flavor profile: New South, Mediterranean, Classic French, Middle Eastern, Asian
YOU list ingredients you do not like: WE also include and prepare accompaniments, such as sourced vegetables, starches, breads, chips, etc. WE take it from there!
Please note, many fruits and vegetables have short peak growing seasons, so our chef will not know until the last moment what your organic selection might be.
