Jennifer Schiveree Farmer joined AFFAIRS to REMEMBER in July 2015, bringing nearly 30 years of hospitality industry experience and expertise, perfectly suited to serve as the company's Assistant General Manager.

She most recently successfully served as Director of Sales & Marketing for the Fox Theatre, for nearly 20 years, overseeing the iconic Atlanta landmark's ballrooms and other private event spaces, coordinating weddings, social, corporate and fundraising events for local, national and international clients.

Prior to the Fox Theatre, Farmer served as Manager of Visitor Services at the Michael C. Carlos Museum on the campus of Emory University and worked for Zoo Atlanta's Special Events department out of college.

Farmer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations, with a minor in Marketing, from Berry College near Rome, Georgia. While in college, planning a career in Public Relations, she was the school's television news anchor and a reporter. Immediately out of college, her first job with Zoo Atlanta was indeed in Public Relations, but she quickly turned to special events, a career path that has led to nearly three decades of successful events and esteemed business relationships.

She currently serves on the board of directors of Pace Cetters, a non-profit professional women’s networking organization with a philanthropic arm.

An Atlanta native, Farmer resides in Buckhead with her husband, three children and a Welsh Corgi family companion named Dylan.
