Chris McKinstry, Senior Consultant at Affairs to Remember, is a top producing consultant for the organization. He is responsible for account management and designing some of the grandest events in Atlanta while creating, building, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Humorous and charismatic, Chris has served as the catering and event design professional for more than 400 weddings since joining Affairs to Remember in 2005. He also manages an impressive corporate client portfolio that includes some of the Atlanta's most talked about events, including movie premieres, holiday parties, cultural soirees, awards galas, and more.
Chris spearheaded the company's foray into its Beverage Services business, creating a new revenue stream and area of expertise for Affairs to Remember and increased business for the company's inaugural Beverage Services special events venue.
A native of Belfast, Northern Ireland, Chris has called Atlanta home since 2005 by way of Boston, Massachusetts, where he owned a café, a wine and spirits store, and a successful catering company.
Chris earned a degree in Hotel Management from London South Bank University, London, United Kingdom, with 1st Class Honors. He also studied at Belfast Technical College and was a member of the Hotel & Catering International Management Association (HCIMA), the professional body for the hospitality, leisure and tourism industry in the United Kingdom.
In addition to enjoying a great laugh with his clients, Chris enjoys the same with his friends. In his spare time, when he's not playing the comedian, you're likely to find him reading a murder mystery novel, volleying on the tennis court, or hiking Stone Mountain.
